Fondation internationale de bienfaisance pour l’interaction humanitaire<\/p>\n
Pour maintenir un d\u00e9veloppement stable et durable de l’humanit\u00e9 moderne pour chaque personne, les deux principaux paradigmes suivants sont d’une importance significative et vitale, \u00e0 savoir \u00ab\u00a0la charit\u00e9 et la coop\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb. Ils sont en m\u00eame temps en interaction organique l’un avec l’autre.<\/p>\n
Le terme \u00ab\u00a0humanitaire\u00a0\u00bb englobe non seulement les sciences \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique (sciences sociales), mais aussi diverses activit\u00e9s humaines (y compris diff\u00e9rents domaines de la science, de la culture, etc.), qui ont une signification pratique positive pour l’existence humaine et le d\u00e9veloppement et l’activit\u00e9 pratique entre les personnes et le monde qui les entoure sur la base de la coop\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n
Une lutte mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle pour savoir qui l’emporte sur qui, historiquement et logiquement, laisse un besoin fondamental de r\u00e9soudre avec succ\u00e8s des probl\u00e8mes tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents (politiques, \u00e9conomiques, sociaux, nationaux, etc.) se sent plus fort avec une interaction de diff\u00e9rents commencements, souverains par leur nature et des commencements totalement mat\u00e9riels et spirituels (\u00ab\u00a0personne ne gagne\u00a0\u00bb) comme leur enrichissement compl\u00e9mentaire mutuel et leur transaction mutuelle partielle les uns avec les autres dans leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats communs et distincts. Un commencement spirituel en tant qu’attitude interne (disposition, volont\u00e9) de tous les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes naturels et artificiels r\u00e9els et, en premier lieu, l’attitude d’une personne elle-m\u00eame, vise \u00e0 sa r\u00e9alisation mat\u00e9rielle, qui acquiert une importance plus r\u00e9elle et plus pratique dans le monde contemporain.<\/p>\n
Une attitude interne \u00e0 l’\u00e9gard de la coop\u00e9ration de diff\u00e9rentes origines, objective et subjective, globale et locale, sociale et nationale, \u00e9thique et esth\u00e9tique, est une attitude particuli\u00e8rement prometteuse et d’une importance vitale. L’aspiration \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration repr\u00e9sente un besoin humain inn\u00e9 et naturel correspondant.<\/p>\n
Le mot \u00ab\u00a0charit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb a son \u00e9quivalent \u00ab\u00a0philanthropie\u00a0\u00bb en grec, qui est plus souvent utilis\u00e9 aujourd’hui. La \u00ab\u00a0philanthropie\u00a0\u00bb signifie l’aide financi\u00e8re aux personnes moins fortun\u00e9es. Nous utiliserons le mot \u00ab\u00a0charit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb comme un mot cl\u00e9 et typologiquement significatif, plus concis et r\u00e9ellement capacitif, par rapport \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0philanthropie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
\u00c9tymologiquement, \u00ab\u00a0charit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab\u00a0cr\u00e9ation (cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9) de bien-\u00eatre par une personne pour le bien d’une autre personne\u00a0\u00bb. Le \u00ab\u00a0bien-\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb est essentiellement une interaction en tant que transition compl\u00e9mentaire mutuelle et partielle des int\u00e9r\u00eats et des besoins individuels mat\u00e9riels et spirituels en cas de satisfaction des aspects mat\u00e9riels et spirituels. La mesure sp\u00e9cifique de cette satisfaction peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente dans son contenu et son cadre d’expression. Les types et les modes de charit\u00e9 et les r\u00e9sultats qui en d\u00e9coulent sont diff\u00e9rents. Le bien-\u00eatre signifie un d\u00e9veloppement et un perfectionnement r\u00e9els d’une personne concr\u00e8te, qu’elle le donne ou qu’elle le re\u00e7oive.<\/p>\n
La \u00ab\u00a0cr\u00e9ation\u00a0\u00bb (cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9) dans la \u00ab\u00a0charit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb est l’interaction de l’activit\u00e9 humaine mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle visant au \u00ab\u00a0bien-\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb personnel, \u00e0 la satisfaction mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle de ses int\u00e9r\u00eats et de ses besoins mat\u00e9riels et spirituels.<\/p>\n
La \u00ab\u00a0charit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, en tant qu’interaction des composantes de ses origines mat\u00e9rielles et spirituelles, est naturellement oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 toute forme de violence, interne et externe, mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle, et contribue donc au renforcement et au d\u00e9veloppement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 humaine, interne et externe, mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle, car la base fondamentale de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est une interaction mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle dans l’int\u00e9r\u00eat commun des diff\u00e9rentes parties, quels que soient leur nature et leur niveau. La \u00ab\u00a0charit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, en tant qu’interaction des fondements mat\u00e9riels et spirituels inh\u00e9rents, repr\u00e9sente un syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de charit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9finitions, \u00e0 leur tour, de l’expression sp\u00e9cifique en eux de l’interaction sp\u00e9ciale de ces fondements fondamentaux. Au cours du processus, dans les diff\u00e9rentes cibles d\u00e9sign\u00e9es pour la \u00ab\u00a0charit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et dans ses divers r\u00e9sultats sp\u00e9cifiques consistant en la charit\u00e9, l’une de ses origines fondamentales peut pr\u00e9valoir (\u00ab\u00a0aide\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0soutien\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0supervision\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0investissement\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0mis\u00e9ricorde\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0parrainage\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n
La charit\u00e9 et l’interaction, en tant que paradigmes particuliers, constituent une coop\u00e9ration principale constante et variable. L’objectif et le r\u00e9sultat de la charit\u00e9 sont l’affirmation et le d\u00e9veloppement d’une interaction fructueuse entre les personnes et l’environnement. Le cadre interne et la base pratique de l’interaction sont la charit\u00e9 mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle dans l’int\u00e9r\u00eat mat\u00e9riel et spirituel des personnes.<\/p>\n
Dans ce contexte, il est urgent de cr\u00e9er un fonds caritatif international sp\u00e9cial pour la coop\u00e9ration humanitaire.<\/p>\n
L’objectif de ce fonds est de soutenir l’activit\u00e9 mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle d’individus (scientifiques, artistes, etc.) qui cherchent \u00e0 renforcer et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la coop\u00e9ration mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle, qui ont des origines, des pouvoirs, des tendances et des directions diff\u00e9rents, etc. et qui apportent leur coop\u00e9ration fructueuse, mat\u00e9rielle et spirituelle, afin de pr\u00e9server la paix sur notre plan\u00e8te et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’humanit\u00e9 vivante, de chaque personne, de tout le d\u00e9veloppement possible de la science et de la culture, qui sont v\u00e9ritablement de nature humaine.<\/p>\n
L’initiateur et le fondateur de ce fonds est l’Universit\u00e9 internationale d’\u00e9tudes fondamentales (IUFS, Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg, Russie). Le pr\u00e9sident et gestionnaire du fonds est le pr\u00e9sident de l’IUFS et de l’IUHAC, le Mahatma, grand docteur en philosophie, docteur en cin\u00e9matographie, professeur, acad\u00e9micien Shanti P. Jayasekera. Le vice-pr\u00e9sident et superviseur des \u00e9tudes du Fonds est le vice-principal de l’IUFS, grand docteur en philosophie, professeur, acad\u00e9micien A.N. Iezuitov. Le secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif et acad\u00e9mique du Fonds est le grand docteur en philosophie, docteur en psychologie, professeur, acad\u00e9micien V.V. Lukoyanov. Actuellement, l’IUFS et le Conseil acad\u00e9mique sup\u00e9rieur interuniversitaire de Paris pr\u00e9parent des programmes internationaux int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 caract\u00e8re humanitaire qui peuvent attirer des bienfaiteurs potentiels de diff\u00e9rents pays qui peuvent et veulent aider l’humanit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9aliste. L’objectif de chacun est en effet de cr\u00e9er une vie s\u00fbre et fructueuse pour l’humanit\u00e9 sur notre plan\u00e8te, tant sur le plan mat\u00e9riel que spirituel.<\/p>\n

International Charity Foundation of Humanitarian Interaction<\/strong><\/p>\n To maintain a stable and sustainable development of modern humanity for each and every person, the following two main paradigms are significantly and vitally important, they being \u201cCharity and Cooperation\u201d. At the same time they are in an organic interaction with one another.<\/p>\n The denomination of the word \u201chumanitarian\u201d includes not only science of specific character (social sciences) but also various human activities (including different fields of science, culture, etc.), that have a positive practical significance for human existence and the development and practical activity amongst people and the world around them on the basis of cooperation.<\/p>\n A material and spiritual struggle as to who wins whom over historically and logically leaves a basic need to successfully solving very different problems (political, economic, social, national, etc.) feels stronger with an interaction of different beginnings, sovereign by their nature and utterly material and spiritual beginnings (\u201cno one wins\u201d) as their mutual complementarily enrichment and partial mutual transaction with each other in their common and separate interests. A spiritual beginning as an internal attitude (disposition, willingness) of all real natural and artificial phenomena and firstly the attitude of a person itself is aimed at its material realization which acquires more real and practical importance in a contemporary world.<\/p>\n An internal attitude to cooperation of different beginnings, objective and subjective, global and local, social and national, ethical and aesthetic is a specially promising and vitally important attitude. The aspiration to cooperation represents an innate human and natural corresponding need.<\/p>\n The word \u201ccharity\u201d has its analogous \u201cphilanthropy\u201d in Greek which is currently used more often today. \u201cPhilanthropy\u201d means financial help to people less fortunate. We will use the word \u201ccharity\u201d as a key and typologically meaningful, more concise and really capacious, as compared to \u201cphilanthropy.\u201d<\/p>\n Etymologically, \u201ccharity\u201d means \u201ccreation (creativeness) of welfare made by one person for another persons sake. \u201cWelfare\u201d is essentially an interaction as a complementarily mutual and partial transition of material and spiritual individual interests and needs in case of their satisfaction in material and spiritual aspects. Specific measure of such satisfaction may be very different in its content and frame of expression. Types and modes to present charity and subsequent results are different. Welfare means a real development and perfection of a concrete person, giving or receiving it.<\/p>\n \u201cCreation\u201d (creativeness) in \u201ccharity\u201d is the interaction of material and spiritual human activity aimed at personal \u201cwelfare\u201d, material and spiritual satisfaction of his material and spiritual interests and needs.<\/p>\n \u201cCharity\u201d as the interaction of components of its material and spiritual beginnings are naturally opposed to any kind of violence, internal and external, material and spiritual, and therefore contributes to the strengthening and development of human safety, internal and external, material and spiritual, as a fundamental basis of safety is a material and spiritual interaction in their common interests of various parties of any nature and level. \u201cCharity\u201d as the interaction of inherent material and spiritual beginnings represents an integrated system of generating charity phenomena and definitions, in turn, of specific expression in them of special interaction of these fundamental beginnings. In the process, in different designated targets for \u201ccharity\u201d and in its various specific results consisting charity one of its fundamental beginnings may prevail (\u201chelp\u201d, \u201csupport\u201d, \u201csupervision\u201d, \u201cinvestment\u201d, \u201cmercy\u201d, \u201csponsorship\u201d).<\/p>\n Charity and interaction as special paradigms are in constant and level-variable principal cooperation. Purpose and result of charity is a full statement and development of fruitful interaction between people and environment. An internal setting and real-practical basis of interaction is material and spiritual charity in material and spiritual interests of people.<\/p>\n In connection with all this, there is an urgent need in creation of special International charity fund of humanitarian cooperation.<\/p>\n The purpose of the fund is to support material and spiritual activity, individuals (scientists, artists, etc.), pursuing strengthening and development of cooperation, material and spiritual, different beginnings, powers, tendencies, directions, etc., contributing their fruitful cooperation, material and spiritual in order to save peace on our planet and safety of living humanity, each and every person, all possible development of science and culture, truly human in nature.<\/p>\n Initiator and founder of this fund is the International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS, St. Petersburg, Russia). President and Manager of the Fund is the President of IUFS and IUHAC, Mahatma, Grand Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Cinematography Professor, Academician Shanti P. Jayasekera. Vice-President and Supervisor of Studies of the Fund is Vice-Principal of IUFS, Grand PhD, PhD, Professor, Academician A.N. Iezuitov. Executive and Academic Secretary of the Fund is Grand Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Psychology, Professor, Academician V.V. Lukoyanov.
